Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, baby care items (bottles, pacifiers, feeding items, etc.) cannot be returned once opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
    We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used baby products
  • Personal care items
  • Items marked Final Sale

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
